Medium-bodied Pinot Noir with ripe mulberry, sour cherry and cranberry, peppery, earthy and brown-spice notes; elegant oak integration, moderate tannins and a sustained, gently sour-cherry finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed; 5-day cold soak, spontaneous fermentation and ~3-week maceration; aged 14 months in oak (25% new); no fining.
