Tasting Note
Concentrated red and black fruit (cherry, blackberry) with violet, smoke and brown spice. Medium-bodied, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a powerful, structured finish; will benefit from bottle age.

Hand-harvested; destemmed with ~5 days cold pre-fermentation maceration; spontaneous fermentation and ~3-week cuvaison; aged 14–15 months in French oak (≈25% new); bottled unfined/unfiltered.
