Tasting Note

Pale gold; aromas of honeysuckle, acacia and ripe pear with citrus pith, brioche and subtle toasted oak. Palate is rich and concentrated with bright minerality, fresh acidity and a long, saline finish.

Western: lobster, scallops, roasted chicken with cream sauce, seared foie gras, veal. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, prawn tempura, Thai coconut curry (milder), sushi (rich fish), Cantonese steamed fish.


Production Method
