Bright red fruits (cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry) with floral/whole-cluster perfume, stony minerality, subtle spice, silky tannins and a clean, medium-length finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, duck breast, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, pork tenderloin. Asian: teriyaki chicken, grilled salmon with soy-mirin, pork belly (char siu), miso aubergine, light Vietnamese spring rolls.

Low‑intervention pinot: hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentation with minimal extraction (mostly destemmed), ~12 months in mostly used French oak; little/no fining or filtration.
