Tasting Note

Bright red fruits (cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry) with floral/whole-cluster perfume, stony minerality, subtle spice, silky tannins and a clean, medium-length finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roast chicken, duck breast, mushroom risotto, charcuterie, pork tenderloin. Asian: teriyaki chicken, grilled salmon with soy-mirin, pork belly (char siu), miso aubergine, light Vietnamese spring rolls.


Production Method

Low‑intervention pinot: hand-harvested, native-yeast fermentation with minimal extraction (mostly destemmed), ~12 months in mostly used French oak; little/no fining or filtration.

Jean‑Marie Fourrier (Gevrey‑Chambertin) took over the family domaine in 1994. Renowned for precise, low-intervention winemaking and old‑vine Pinot, Fourrier makes both domaine and négociant bottlings.
