Tasting Note
Complex, masculine Grand Cru with intertwined red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant, cherry), spice and fine, tightly-knit tannins; long, saline-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, lamb, duck breast, mushroom risotto. Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed black cod, char siu, braised short ribs (soy/mirint), shiitake & soy dishes.

Production Method
Manual harvest; 100% pre‑fermentation cold destemming; 15 days maceration; 16 months in French oak (≈50% new). Clay‑limestone soils.
