Tasting Note
Concentrated, mineral-driven Grand Cru: flinty/steely minerality with lemon, green apple, white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel and subtle honey. Youthfully tight, vibrant acidity, broad mid-palate and a long saline finish.

Production Method
