Tasting Note
Fresh floral and orchard fruit (apple/pear) with almond/hazelnut notes, flinty minerality, rounded mid-palate and ripe-fruit finish. Rich, long and slightly honeyed on the finish.
Food Pairing
Western: oysters, sole meunière, roasted white fish, chicken in cream sauce, soft cheeses. Asian: monkfish curry, miso-glazed fish, sushi (nigiri), steamed shellfish with ginger-soy.
