Tasting Note

Bright citrus, green apple and pear with pronounced flinty/mineral and saline notes, subtle white flowers and toasted-oak spice. Medium–full body, crisp acidity and a sleek texture with a long, stony finish.

Production Method

Pneumatic pressing and cold static settling; spontaneous (ambient) fermentation; aged 12–16 months in 228L Burgundy barrels (mostly used oak); sustainable viticulture.
