Tasting Note
Honeyed caramel, tempered spices and warming smoke; citrus zest and ripe tropical fruit with tobacco, raisins and gentle peat. Long, smooth, soothing finish.

Food Pairing
Western: aged cheddar, dark chocolate, grilled ribeye, roast lamb. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, yakitori, mildly spiced Szechuan beef, smoked salmon with soy-citrus.

Production Method
A blended Scotch combining single malts and grain whiskies, each matured at least 21 years in oak casks, married and bottled at 40% ABV.
