Tasting Note
Warm amber with honeyed vanilla, citrus zest, ripe tropical fruit, caramel and tempered smoke; gentle spice, tobacco and raisin notes, finishing long, smooth and warming.

Food Pairing
Western: roast lamb, grilled steak, aged cheddar or blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, Korean BBQ, smoked eel, rich umami braises or spicy Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Assembled using a rare three-stage blending process from whiskies matured at least 21 years; married and bottled at 40% ABV.
