Tasting Note
Velvety and rounded with dry smokiness and raisin sweetness; hazelnut, honey, rose petal and sherry notes, followed by kumquat, sandalwood, tobacco and dark chocolate, finishing long with smoke, pepper and warm spice.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue or aged cheeses, roast beef, smoked salmon, grilled lamb. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (barbecue pork), Korean grilled short ribs, smoked/unagi eel, spicy Sichuan or BBQ dishes.

Production Method
Hand-selected blend of rare malt and grain whiskies (including casks from closed distilleries). No age statement; matured in oak casks and blended by master blenders. Bottled at 40% ABV.
