Tasting Note
Rich honey-toffee and dark chocolate layered with dried apricot, vanilla, soft oak spice, faint maritime brine and a whisper of smoke; smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a long, toasted finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast beef, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, grilled lamb. Asian: char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), Korean BBQ, teriyaki beef, spicy Sichuan beef, yakitori.

Production Method
A blend of malt and grain whiskies aged at least 18 years in oak casks; master blender marries single malts and grains (e.g., Cardhu, Clynelish) to achieve balance.
