Tasting Note
Fresh citrus and pink grapefruit with white peach, pear and orange blossom; pronounced flinty/mineral core, bright lemony acidity and a lingering almond-tinged, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested from caillottes and terres blanches soils; certified-organic viticulture (2023 conversion); fermented in stainless steel with native/selected yeasts, lees aging with regular bâtonnage, minimal new oak.
