Tasting Note
Pear, white flowers, hazelnut and citrus with subtle spice and toasted oak; silky, saline minerality, medium–full body and a long, focused finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from multiple Puligny parcels; fermented in French oak barrels, partial malolactic fermentation, ~11 months élevage with lees contact (c.30% new oak historically).
