Tasting Note
Intense lemon-lime and citrus blossom with lemongrass and white florals, wet-slate minerality, pithy citrus mid‑palate, chalky phenolics, mouth‑puckering acidity and a long, precise saline finish.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled prawns, lemon-roasted chicken, goat cheese, ceviche. Asian: sashimi/sushi, Thai green curry, steamed fish with ginger & soy, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
ACO certified biodynamic farming, hand-harvested fruit, cool fermentation with gentle handling, extended lees contact, unfined and bottled under screwcap.

Grosset Wines (Jeffrey Grosset), founded 1981. Springvale planted c.2000 is a small high-altitude estate vineyard (close-planted, red loam over limestone and slate) farmed biodynamically.
