Explosive lime, lemon blossom, green apple, violet and talc aromas; steely slate minerality, razor‑sharp acidity, concentrated yet lithe palate with saline notes and an extremely long, precise finish.

Jeffrey Grosset founded Grosset Wines in 1981. Polish Hill planted in 1996 (8ha) on ancient blue‑slate “hard rock”; low yields, intensive hand‑tending and organic/biodynamic certification produce highly concentrated, ageworthy Riesling.
