Lime, green apple, lemongrass, white florals and wet slate; ultra-dry with piercing acidity, chalky minerality, medium body and a long, taut finish.

Jeffrey Grosset founded Grosset Wines; Polish Hill planted 1996 on an 8‑ha, ‘hard-rock’ blue-slate site with very low yields (~2 bottles/vine); estate organic & biodynamic management.
