Tasting Note
Voluminous aromatics of lime, lemongrass and white florals. Concentrated lemon-drop and grapefruit pith with hints of ginger, coriander and crushed oyster shell; creamy lees texture, laser-like acidity and a very long, mineral-driven finish.
