Tasting Note
Lime, green apple and grapefruit pith with river-stone/flint minerality, white pepper and lemongrass. Medium-bodied, saline, laser-like acidity and a long, precise, ultra-dry finish.

Oysters, chilled prawns, ceviche, lemon sole, grilled white fish, roast lemon chicken; Asian: sushi/sashimi, Thai green curry (lighter versions), Vietnamese mango salad, steamed fish with ginger and scallions, Sichuan-style seafood.

Production Method
Single-clone (110) Riesling from biodynamic Rockwood Vineyard; hand-harvested, gentle pressing, fermented and given extended lees contact (~9 months); minimal intervention, screw-cap.

Produced by Jeff (Jeffrey) Grosset at Rockwood Vineyard; estate certified organic/biodynamic. ‘G110’ is a tiny single-clone bottling (G for Georgie Grosset) from a narrow strip of silty loam over red rock. Very limited production.
