Tasting Note
Aromatic red and black berries (raspberry, cherry), peony and orange rind with warm spice, chalky minerality and saline finish. Medium–full, satiny texture with vibrant acidity and fine-grained tannins; long, perfumed finish.

Production Method
100% destemmed; ambient-yeast fermentation 15–20 days in open wooden vats; aged ~18 months in barrel (c.15% new oak); racked twice, finished in stainless tanks before bottling; minimal additions of SO2.
