Bright ginjo aroma of pear, apricot, white peach and tropical fruits with delicate floral notes, a hint of sea-breeze minerality, smooth texture and a clean, medium-length finish.

Production Method
Junmai Ginjo: premium Yamada Nishiki rice polished ~55%, slow low-temperature fermentation with house yeast, traditional koji-making and careful pressing using soft Oigawa/Alps spring water.
