Elegant, fruity aromas of melon and pear with hints of banana and honey; clean, refined sweetness, gentle acidity, smooth texture and delicate umami, finishing graceful and polished.

Production Method
Polished to 28% using Special-A Yamada Nishiki (Tojo); long low-temperature fermentation (~50 days), added distilled alcohol before pressing, soft hanging-bag pressing (natural drip), refrigerated handling.
