Tasting Note
Deep ruby; ripe black cherry, blackberry, raspberry coulis, dried cranberry, cardamom and allspice. Full-bodied, smooth with velvety tannins and a persistent spicy finish.

Production Method
Organic-certified; hand-harvested, cold maceration and separate fermentations, aged in second/third‑use oak barriques for ~6–12 months.
