Tasting Note
Bright ruby with cherries, wild strawberries, rose and citrus lift, subtle earthy/mineral undertones from terracotta aging; crisp acidity, fine-grained tannins and a savory, lingering finish.

Tuscan roasted meats, grilled steak, aged or blue cheeses, ribollita or bread soups; Asian pairings: char siu or grilled pork belly, yakitori/teriyaki chicken, mushroom & soy-glazed eggplant, Korean BBQ (bulgogi).

Production Method
100% Sangiovese fermented and macerated in terracotta amphorae (≈11–12 months), minimal-intervention vinification with indigenous yeasts and subsequent bottle aging.
