Tasting Note
Onion-skin pink. Aromas of bread crust, rose petal, blood orange, strawberry and golden apple. Fine persistent perlage; creamy, saline mid-palate with bright, razor-sharp acidity and an elegant, long clean finish.

Aperitif, caviar, oysters, shellfish, ceviche, grilled prawns, light pasta with seafood, fresh cheeses; Asian: sushi/sashimi, tempura, dim sum, Vietnamese spring rolls, light Thai salads.
