Tasting Note

Bold rye spice with candied stone fruit, vanilla, toasted oak and mint; medium-bodied with peppery finish and hints of caramel and maple.

Western: grilled ribeye, BBQ brisket, smoked ribs, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: char siu, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Peking duck, spicy Sichuan dishes, teriyaki-glazed meats.


Production Method

Pot-distilled from a rye-heavy mash, double-distilled, matured in small new charred American oak barrels (short/medium aging), bottled at 46% ABV.
