Tasting Note

Medium–full red–purple. Sophisticated fusion of ripe cherry fruit, spicy and savoury notes with well-integrated French oak; smooth, developed palate with savoury spice and modestly grippy finish.

Western: grilled/roast lamb, rib‑eye steak, braised short ribs, aged cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, char siu (Cantonese BBQ pork), beef rendang, Korean BBQ, Sichuan beef or spicy stir‑fries.
