Tasting Note
Ripe pear and nectarine with almond and dried-fruit notes, toasted oak and flinty minerality. Chiseled, broad palate with bright acidity, rich mid-palate and a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Chardonnay from Genevrières; fermented and aged in oak barrels (11–12 months) on the lees with limited new oak; traditional Burgundian élevage.
