Tasting Note
Ethereal, perfumed Pinot with sappy red cherries, strawberries, rose petal, forest herbs, smoked earth and spice. Silky texture, delicate body, soft fine tannins and a persistent lifted finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, soy-ginger or teriyaki salmon, duck bao, shoyu-marinated mushrooms and grilled shiitake.

100% estate fruit, biodynamic farming; massale selections; small-lot fermentation and ~16 months aging in French oak (minor new oak).
