Bright red cherry, raspberry and plum with lavender, bergamot, rose petal and savory tobacco/herbal notes. Medium-bodied with lively acidity, firm grainy tannins and a bitters-tinged finish.
Food Pairing
Western: roast duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, pork tenderloin, aged soft cheeses. Asian: Peking duck, miso‑glazed black cod, char siu pork, Korean bulgogi, shiitake‑based dishes.
