Bright red and black cherry, raspberry and baking spice with coastal minerality, violet and forest-floor notes. Silky texture, fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity combine for an elegant, long, terroir-driven finish.

Roast duck, mushroom risotto, grilled salmon, herb-crusted lamb; Asian pairings: miso-glazed black cod, teriyaki chicken, beef bulgogi, shiitake soba, char siu pork.

Estate fruit from ~30+ vineyard blocks; biodynamic farming. Fermented and vinified block-by-block, matured in French oak (≈27% new) before blending and bottling.
