Bright citrus and green apple with brioche, Meyer lemon and saline minerality; vibrant acidity, silky texture and a persistent, mouthwatering finish.

Western: roast chicken with lemon, butter-poached lobster, creamy mushroom pasta, aged Brie. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (salmon/tuna), tempura, steamed dim sum with citrus soy.
Production Method
Estate fruit; barrel-fermented in French & Eastern European/Austrian oak (~28–30% new); full malolactic conversion; aged ~11 months on lees before bottling.
