Expressive red-fruit bouquet of crushed strawberries, wild raspberry and Santa Rosa plum with violets, thyme and sage. Juicy, mouth‑filling palate, lively acidity, silky texture and a long, fresh, herb‑tinged finish.

Hand‑harvested fruit from Hirsch, Hellenthal and Heintz; small open‑top fermentations; aged in French oak (≈29% new); biodynamic & conventional farming; same winemaking techniques as Hirsch estate Pinots.
