Rich sherry-driven profile: dried citrus, figs, honeyed heather, pistachio and dark chocolate with gentle heathered peat smoke, warm spice and a long, slightly woody citrus finish.

Production Method
Single malt from 100% malted barley, copper pot still distillation, matured ~25 years in a marriage of first‑fill sherry‑seasoned European and American oak casks plus refill casks, then married and bottled at 46% ABV.
