Tasting Note
Heather honey, candied/dried orange, toasted almonds, dark chocolate, vanilla and warm cinnamon spice, with delicate heather peat smoke and a long, cedar-tinged finish.

Production Method
Traditional copper pot still distillation using partly floor‑malted barley dried with heather-rich Orkney peat; matured 21 years in a hand-selected mix of first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak, ex-bourbon and refill casks; bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour.
