Tasting Note
Rich sherry-driven dried fruit (fig, raisin), dark chocolate and orange zest, warm cinnamon and nutmeg, gentle coastal peat smoke, toasted oak and vanilla; high-proof heat with a long spicy, slightly saline finish.
