Tasting Note
Rich sherry sweetness of crème brûlée and dried fruit, heather honey, toasted oak, charred pineapple, warm spice and a gentle, maritime peat smoke; full-bodied with a long, warming finish.

Western: roasted/grilled salmon, glazed pork, spiced fruit cake, blue cheese, dark chocolate. Asian: miso‑glazed black cod, char siu pork, Korean BBQ (bulgogi), spicy Sichuan duck, soy‑glazed mushrooms.

Production Method
Single malt from floor‑malted barley, peated with local heather peat; matured 15 years primarily in first‑fill European and American sherry‑seasoned oak casks with some refill casks; bottled at 44% ABV.
