Tasting Note
Heather honey and Seville orange on the nose; spiced fruitcake, toasty oak and subtle heathered peat smoke on the palate; finishing with peppery spice, orange zest and gentle woody smoke.

Western: grilled/game meats, aged cheddar, dark chocolate, fruitcake. Asian: char siu or teriyaki salmon, spicy Korean BBQ, miso-glazed dishes, richer Sichuan or Cantonese roasted meats.

Production Method
Distilled from 100% malted barley in copper pot stills and matured 12 years in a blend of first-fill sherry‑seasoned European and American oak casks plus refill casks; then married for balance.
