Brambly red fruits (raspberry, red cherry, pomegranate) with minty/herb lift, cocoa/new-oak spice and fine, athletic tannins; fresh acidity and a long, polished finish.

Production Method
Hand‑harvested; whole berries crushed, cold soak, wild‑yeast fermentation, ~15 days on skins; basket press; ~15 months in French oak (≈50% new).
