Tasting Note
Citrine-green white with floral (linden, orange blossom), citrus and white‑fruit notes; fresh apple and minerality on the palate, crisp acidity and pleasant persistence.

Food Pairing
Western: grilled white fish, shellfish, salads, roasted chicken with herbs. Asian: sushi/sashimi, Chinese stir‑fried vegetables with light sauces, Thai fish curry, lightly spiced Indian seafood dishes.

Production Method
Hand/mechanical harvesting, total destemming, gentle skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and controlled fermentation at ~15°C; short bottle ageing (c.2 months).
