Tasting Note
Citrus and white-flower aromas with tropical nuances. Fresh acidity, pleasant mid-palate volume, silky texture and a long, fruity, slightly floral finish.

Production Method
Full destemming, gentle skin maceration, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification; fermented at 15°C and bottled after 2 months.
