Tasting Note
Ripe black cherry and plum, dark berry compote, spice and subtle vanilla/toast from French oak. Medium‑full, smooth tannins, balanced acidity and a warm, fruit-driven finish.

Roast lamb, grilled steak, pork tenderloin, aged cheeses (Manchego); Portuguese stews and oven-baked cod (bacalhau). Asian pairings: Korean BBQ, char siu pork, Szechuan beef, miso-glazed aubergine.

Production Method
Temperature‑controlled fermentation in stainless steel; matured approximately 9 months in French oak barrels (mostly French), blended and bottled.
