Tasting Note
Citrus and stone fruits (lemon, nectarine) with floral and honeyed notes, medium-plus body, lively acidity, mineral undertones and a slightly waxy, citrus-driven finish.

Western: grilled prawns, seafood pasta, roast chicken, goat cheese. Asian: sushi, tempura, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls.

Production Method
Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation; alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, followed by nine months on the lees. Minimal oak influence.
