Tasting Note
Concentrated ruby-violet. Intense black-fruit and balsamic aromas with tobacco and spice; full-bodied, rich palate, rounded tannins and long, persistent finish.

Production Method
Manual harvest, gentle gravity transfers; natural alcoholic and malolactic fermentations; ~21 days maceration; aged 18–24 months in French oak barrels.
