Tasting Note
Deep ruby with violet lift; aromas of blackberry, plum and violet with spice and toasted oak. Full-bodied, ripe dark-fruit core, supple firm tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish with chocolate and licorice accents.

Food Pairing
Grilled lamb, roast beef, braised short ribs, mushroom risotto, aged sheep cheese; Asian: Korean BBQ, char siu, Cantonese roast pork, beef rendang, spicy Sichuan beef.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Touriga Nacional; fermented with temperature control in stainless steel, followed by 10–14 months aging in French oak barrels before bottling.
