Tasting Note
Opaque, concentrated. Aromas of black and blue fruits, plum, cedar/toast and smoky mineral notes. Full-bodied, ripe firm tannins, layered oak and spice with blackberry, fruitcake and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested and sorted; fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel lagares with traditional maceration/punch-downs; matured about 12 months in French oak barrels.
