Tasting Note
Dark purple color. Aromas of ripe black and red berries, violet and spice. Palate shows blackberry, plum, cocoa and light floral notes with balanced acidity, rounded ripe tannins and a persistent, slightly herbal finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested grapes, sorting and destemming; fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless tanks and lagares with regular punch-downs; partial ageing (~9 months) in French oak barrels before bottling.
