Tasting Note
Pale straw with green hues. Fragrant lemon, almond blossom, jasmine and chamomile over lime. Vibrant palate of lemon, lime leaf, white musk and talc with crisp, long acidity-driven finish.

Fresh oysters, lemon sole, grilled prawns, goat’s cheese; Thai seafood salad, sushi/sashimi, Vietnamese spring rolls, lightly spiced Thai or Sichuan dishes.

Production Method
Fruit chilled, gently pressed and cool-fermented in stainless steel to dryness; tank maturation and bottled soon after vintage to preserve delicate aromatics.
