Tasting Note
Perfumed black-plum, blackberry and dark cherry with dried sage, bay leaf, black pepper and cedar; dense, layered palate of dark fruit, cocoa and earthy spice, supported by velvety long-grain tannins and bright mineral acidity, finishing very long and perfumed.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from centenarian, dry-grown vines; small-batch fermentation and maturation for 18 months in hogsheads (86% French, 14% American; 26% new). Managed with organic/biodynamic practices.
