Tasting Note
Rich and layered: dried figs and prunes, dark chocolate, candied orange, warm spices (cinnamon, clove), vanilla, leather and toasted oak; long, velvety, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Western: dark chocolate, blue cheese, foie gras, roasted duck, roasted lamb, apple tart. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed black cod, hoisin or plum-glazed pork, spiced duck pancakes.

Production Method
Double pot-distillation in copper alembics; aged in French oak casks; blended from 100+ eaux-de-vie by Hennessy Master Blender. Limited-edition bottle features an aluminium/titanium outer 'second skin' designed by Kim Jones.
